Media Requirements

Preferred Media:

Video:

• Codec: H.264, H.265, ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes RAW

• Color Space:

  • Rec709 or Standard

  • LOG

  • HLG

• Bit Rate:

  • 8-bit for Rec709

  • 10-bit minimum for Log Profile

• Frame Rate: 60fps, 120fps

• Frame Rate for Ceremony: 24fps

• Resolution: 1080p or higher

• Stabilization: Gimbal (required for all the footage)

• Sensor:

  • Full-Frame (required for primary setup)

  • Crop Frame (can be used as secondary)

  • Cinema Camera

Unacceptable Media:

Video:

• Uncompressed RAW files or RAW Image Sequences.

• Color Space: Any color profiles other than what is specified above.

• Handheld footage

• Sensor: Medium Format, Micro Four-Thirds

Notes:

1. If LOG profile is used, the appropriate conversion LUT for your corresponding camera and settings must be provided with the data.

2. ND filter is necessary for outdoor videography.

3. LOG profile cannot be used in low light conditions or if it cannot be exposed properly.

4. Both 60 and 120 fps are acceptable but the frame rate must be consistent throughout the data.
